  I am on my 5th laser session for bikini line, extended and bum and the treatment is working. The Laser Therapist LT is so talkative and persuasive for me to have another laser treatment, package. I have already said no to full legs and arms because I have had them done 10 years ago. LT tries again and I agreed to have my full face done. She was happy with me and had done one hour full for both treatments. LT shaved my face in order to have laser treatment on my face. I told her areas especially around mouth, chin, sides and forehead. I was happy with her and the treatment. When I finished I checked the time (always do)and it was full hour. We went out and I paid full amount £240 and signed a lot of forms. It is a must! They want their money first and forms signed. If you do not pay full amount then it is £100 for one session.
  I had my next 6th laser session ( last one)and 2nd one for full face. LT started talking about having another 3rd laser treatment the lips £360 packaged near the bikini line. I said "No" I do not want another treatment 3 times to her during the session. she would not stop persuading and talking me. I said I do not have the money and it is expensive. I stopped talking to her, has I was getting fed up replying to her. She had spent 15 minutes on bikini and bum, then I looked at the time. She then spent 15 minutes on my forehead and played around putting gel on my face twice and taking it off. She did not do around my mouth and sides only chin and spent 15 minutes. Then suddenly LT became brut and she ended the session vicariously turned off the machine by force. I had got up from the bench and stood next to her and looked up at the clock and made sure she knew I looked at the clock, time. LT just looked at me. I said you finished early. Also you are advertising 6 sessions face for £179 and have the leaflet on me now. She replied it is a different machine. (NO). We went out closed the door and she turned back and asked me again to have another laser treatment. I said "NO" loudly and we carried on walking to the front at reception to sign forms again.
  Since then every time I think about my laser treatment I feel horrible and angry and am waiting to finish my treatment now.
  The last treatment for bikini, extended and bum, I had was 13th September and I have not shaved and now hair is growing in the
  extended area. You have shave 12 hours before the treatment. I have my next appointment soon on 13th October 2017 and glad I have wrote this on the website. For everyone to read this and them. I wrote this because I do not want others to experience what I went and am going through. I started my laser treatment at seven kings and they had twice cancelled my appointment and laser old machine was not working. The treatment did not work at all, luckily I was told to go to the Gants Hill branch to continue the course. I did complain verbally about the service and treatment and the reception understood and took note.

  I went for my app 13/10/17. The receptionist said "you wrote a review last night ?" I said "yes." She then said I would like to talk to you. We went into a room and both of us sat down at an angle opposite each other. She said she would like to know exactly want had happened. I explained all the above, what I have written, verbally. When I was talking she was saying sorry and did not know what I had been through. She said sorry again and felt sad. We went to the reception and she said you will be refunded rest of the money. The money was put into my account £160 the four sessions remaining. She said sorry again. I just looked at her.
  After couple of days I was happy with the results and not going back.
  I learnt my lesson best to do research on hair and laser, instead of just popping in to a salon. Kamla
