When the cab driver got me to my destination, he started demanding more money. I told him your office said £25.00 so why are you asking for £35.00. He started laughing and said that his office always tell a really low price to attract customers. I rang up the cab office and spoke to the controller and he didn't want to listen to a single word I had to say and just said to me to pay the driver his money. This has to be the worst cab office around. Terrible service and totally unprofessional. I reported this to the public carriage office too.
