  One of the most amazing places I have even been , the designers & management work together on shop floor so no hassle of dealing with weird staff crews like other stores, my sisters's & my sister in law's wedding dresses were made from them affordable prices & on the spot help service as the designers knows what shape suits what person , no intimidation at all , I love the fact the the manager name Miss-M & Designer Mr.H engaged such good & friendly convo with us, designs are authentic & jewellery is priceless ❤️ I would highly recommend & would say people with unique baroque & rich taste can find perfect match there , love you guys

  The clothes are of amazing quality and highly fashionable with current trends, But the attitude of a particular staff member who is mainly at this shop, kills the entire atmosphere. Her attitude is beyond rude, she constantly lies, argues back with customers & makes customers feel below her so they are unable to voice their concerns or improvements to a dress they have payed for. I have recently (2018) bought two outfits from this store. One was reduced to £500 - and was a last piece, however, it had numerous work still needed to be done, it was an open jacket, and various hooks and main beads were missing from the cuffs/dress-border, the fabric had rips in places. I understand this can happen over time with outfits but as a high-end clothes provider Gul Mohar have responsibility to fix clothes, replace beads, tighten the beads. So upon pointing out these concerns after they demanded a payment in order to fix, the employee was rude, constantly slamming in our faces that this dress used to be £1000+ (£500 is still a lot of hard earned money and we deserve to pay for a dress that has no missing parts) and very reluctant, moody and fed up with our humble requests. We left the dress with her to pick up the following week, as she requested, and assured us she’d fix the piece, but we must still pay the full amount. We come back next week, and everything we said, was still not done. The inner slip had tears, missing hook from jacket and still beads missing. We travelled from very far and had to wait more while she fixed it on the spot. Each fix she did, she had an attitude and mood about it. She is also very discriminatory towards customers who order pieces in larger sizes, being uncooperative and almost making customers feel they are not welcomed if they are of a particular size. Demanding extra payments for ordering in larger pieces. It’s 2018, this kind of discriminatory behaviour shouldn’t exist. Overall, nice clothes, but try and avoid if possible, because the customer service is terrible by ONE main particular employee. This view is most likely shared by the majority that visit this place. The woman answers back with no respect to who you are.
