    The worst experience could ever imagine. Our car been kept in for 16 days with no updates from the garage. We had a stressful time when it came to getting anything sorted, so we had to go through the complaints department, who we had to keep chasing as well. It feels that people working in the garage have zero customer service skills. When the door seal started to come off for a 1 month old car, we had to call again to get it fixed and guess what? The person answering the phone was not showing any politeness at all, as if we would be calling just to bother them. So it’s been 2 month of ownership and only problem appearing. Plus a dissapointing garage service.
    Another thing to mention - somehow, they have managed to get the mileage up with no explanation, but every time we have looked at the car status on the app - it was locked and alarmed for majority of those 16 days being in the garage.

    Absolutely appalling service. My previous issue with a routine fix to a known problem was only resolved after I had to send dozens of emails, over the course of two months and me having to escalate the matter to head office.

    More recently, I tried to book in my car to resolve another issue. I needed a loan car as I drive to work. I was made to wait close to a month for a date. I had to book time off of work in order to drop my car off on the Monday morning. I recieved a phone call on the Saturday informing me that the loan car was not available and the only remedy that was suggested was to wait around on Monday in the hope of one being returned. I had to call several times on the Monday to get someone who was prepared to discuss, only to be told that "these things happen" and asked to rebook my car in....in a months time.

    Truly shocking customer service.

    Wonderful branch. After noticing someone decided to take a plastic rim off my car, I turned up at this branch and they promptly ordered me the part and fitted it the very next day. Staff are polite and curtious both in reception and parts team. Thank you
