- Z Mae Review added: 2018.05.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning to this place ever again. The staff constantly make excuses, cancel appointments, and are very forgetful. I have been messed around constantly by this opticians and the have wasted a lot of my time and money. The staff are also rude and do not apologize after making mistakes. I made an appointment and after travelling i have been told the optician went home or my appointments had been cancelled with no phone call to let me know and this has happened twice. I also had been waiting a week for glasses and called many times, after being told i will receive a call back twice, i did not at all receive a call back, after calling a third time i was told that they hadn't been ordered in the first place. Terrible.
