- sherry williams Review added: 2018.09.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went there to be registered and was told i needed an apppintment. This is not stated anywhere online. Besides, the lady at the reception saw i was in so much pain but still stated i needed an appointment. That sucks!!
I recommend you indicate that everyone coming to be registered needs an appointment, just so they can save their time and energy before making the trip.
