I called costumer service, which was very rude, said delivery man tried but because I live in a complex building they couldn't get into the house to leave a card.
To my response 'it is not true the lock is broken, he or she just needed to push' the lady over the phone became REALLY rude.
Nightmare to book a second delivery.
Honestly don't now why ANY company would use this service as its delivery option.
